Shipping and delivery
Our collection is being prepared. Preview products cannot be purchased, reserved or paid for. Images are AI-generated design concepts. Product specifications, inventory and fulfillment arrangements will be verified before any product becomes available to order.
Where we deliver
Our intended markets include the United States, the United Kingdom and selected European destinations. A destination is available only when the actual product and checkout confirm that we can deliver there. We operate from China and do not currently claim a local warehouse in another country.
Costs and estimated timing
No delivery charge or delivery date is committed for preview items. When ordering becomes available, the product page and checkout will identify the available delivery service, the charge, the dispatch estimate and the estimated transit window before payment. We do not add an undisclosed delivery surcharge after accepting an order. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order on the agreed terms, we will contact you and offer cancellation with a refund.
Tracking and delivery problems
For tracked deliveries, we provide the carrier and tracking reference after dispatch. Check the delivery address before paying and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If an order is delayed, lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact [email protected]; we will investigate and provide the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
Taxes and import charges
Any tax or import charge collected by us is shown before payment. Where a destination charge would be payable separately by the recipient, we will disclose that arrangement before accepting the order. Please contact us if the treatment is unclear.
